AGIOS ONOUFRIOS
A lovely quiet beach at the Akrotiri peninsula
Agios Onoufrios is a small coastal village in the Municipal Unit of Akrotiri, in a distance of 8 km north east of Chania city. The village has taken its name by the small church of Agios Onoufrios, which is celebrated on June 12th.
The beach of Agios Onoufrios is quiet and sandy, and well protected from the winds, as it is located in a deep bay, along with a picturesque small port. The beach is organized with sunbeds and parasols, showers, changing room, and lifeguard service.
