My beekeeping business has been active for the last 50 years in the production of premium quality thyme honey. The uncompromised quality of our products over time, is based upon the primary raw material of the Cretan land and the commitment of the producers to efficiently capitalize upon the wisdom of tradition together with today’s know-how. We work along with nature and the bees. We facilitate and manage their work, rather than intervene. We don’t rush nor force the natural proceedings and nature rewards with the best results.

The demand for premium quality Cretan thyme honey has been skyrocketed in recent years, thanks to the better public understanding of the immense health benefits this super food has to offer in our daily diet. People from around the world are in search of this product, and better yet in its organic form, thus we felt the pressure to meet the market’s demand and make the next bold step. Even though traditional and natural, we used all the up to date marketing and sales tools such as an exceptional packaging design, e-commerce and social media presence in order to expand our sales platform; and the response exceeded our expectations!
